We used Cape Cod Carpentry to oversee the remodel of a guest bathroom. Removal of tub, relocation of shower, new flooring, plumbing, electrical. Once we reviewed with him what we wanted, Rick took care of everything. We were out of state during the work, but Rick communicated regularly with progress reports, including photos. When we returned, the project was completed just the way we envisioned. From our experience, Rick is a first class GC using first class subs. Would highly recommend.
Rick is professional and honest contractor to work with. He is very accommodating and very easy to talk to about anything that needs to be done. He did my entire project including kitchen cabinets, bathroom, flooring and fireplace, and all the electrical and plumbing work. We are very pleased with the results.
"Since we moved to Cape Cod 2 years ago, we have had to upgrade five bathrooms, install a new kitchen, rebuild several rooms damaged by burst pipes, reface two fireplaces, extend our deck for a jacuzzi, add crown molding to many rooms, and more.
