We used Cape Cod Carpentry to oversee the remodel of a guest bathroom. Removal of tub, relocation of shower, new flooring, plumbing, electrical. Once we reviewed with him what we wanted, Rick took care of everything. We were out of state during the work, but Rick communicated regularly with progress reports, including photos. When we returned, the project was completed just the way we envisioned. From our experience, Rick is a first class GC using first class subs. Would highly recommend.
Rick is professional and honest contractor to work with. He is very accommodating and very easy to talk to about anything that needs to be done. He did my entire project including kitchen cabinets, bathroom, flooring and fireplace, and all the electrical and plumbing work. We are very pleased with the results.
I hired Cape Cod Carpentry Guild to make a structural support so the crack in the ceiling could be repaired. Rick responded to my call promptly and scheduled an appointment at a mutually agreed time. He was punctual and did not rush through our meeting. Although he didn’t plan on it, he donned a respirator mask and crawled up in the attic to thoroughly evaluate the problem. He was able to have his guys come shortly thereafter and construct the needed support. My husband and I were elated!! He was very fair with the price, neat and clean. John provided us with pictures as if needed, we could show the drywall men what was done. We couldn’t be happier. The details matter and Rick was very cognizant of that fact. "Since we moved to Cape Cod 2 years ago, we have had to upgrade five bathrooms, install a new kitchen, rebuild several rooms damaged by burst pipes, reface two fireplaces, extend our deck for a jacuzzi, add crown molding to many rooms, and more.
